Course Description

The first year masters students effectuate a supervised group project (in small groups). This consists of a first experience in the autonomous management of a project as well as an introduction to the methodologies that are utilised in laboratories. The students must work about a half-day per week. The subjects are those first introduced in the previous semester. The task is in aims to put a student in a situation where they will work on an open research topic during a long period of time, while being given the liberty to make their own decisions throughout the process.
The student produces scientific documents in Latex.
